Pilates Classes Every Tuesday
Small classes! I will focus on injury prevention, and strengthening and stabilising weak muscles which generally cause back, hip and neck pain, and improving pelvic floor and core strength. You will get back the flexibility that your joints need to help you stay agile and mobile. You will feel inspired and motivated after each session. The classes are motivating and personalised to benefit each individual's health needs.

Pilates One-on-One Training
I will concentrate on your personal desire, wheather it's weight-loss, muscle and joint pain, lack of motivation or energy, or improving pelvic floor and core strength! You will feel inspired and learn how to stay motivated. My personal and sensitive approach will help you reach the results you have always yearned for!
