In her early years, Sharon worked as a sales consultant specialising in commercial property leasing for large scale events. She also managed the sales performances of many of Sydney’s
leading gymnasiums and health-related businesses and worked tirelessly to organise and promote the fitness and health industry.
Soon after, as a leading health & fitness trainer,
sales manager, event host and key motivator, Sharon founded and fronted her own business - the successful Forest Fitness & Weight Loss Centre from 1993-98.
Not only did Sharon launch and promote the business, she personally dealt with hundreds of clients of all ages, personalities, and schedules – working hard to provide a warm and beneficial centre where people could improve their physical well-being and strength, emotional confidence and have a whole lot of fun at the same time.
During this professional journey, Sharon’s stature and credibility grew and she was asked to write columns and articles on fitness, motivation and sales for major magazines and newspapers, and often helped structure and speak at sales functions.
In 1998, Sharon sold her business, concentrating on personal and group clients, as well as having her own show on Sydney commercial radio. In 2000, she signed a deal with radio station 2KY, personally sponsored by pure water company “Culligan,” to promote fitness and healthy living. She has also spent extensive time working with clients on the Internet and by correspondence.
During 2002, Sharon launched her own essential oils range, and appeared on the popular television show “Beauty & the Beast” – Foxtel & Channel 10 - talking about health and fitness.
Four years ago, Sharon became a fully qualified Pilates instructor, and together with her business, sporting and public background, she quickly became one of the outstanding operators in this field.
In the past two years, Sharon has ventured into the sporting arena, helping to prepare the NSW Pura Cup Cricket Squad, the Manly Utd Football (Soccer) Club and the national club champion Sydney Swifts Netball Squad for current seasons, with special Pilates and motivational sessions.
She runs regular group classes in North Balgowlah, and is still approached for her views and ideas across the media marketplace.

For the last two years, Sharon has held her own “World’s Biggest Pilates Day!” a celebrity centre-stage spectacular on the sands of Manly Beach – with an audience of hundreds - to raise money for chosen charities across Sydney.
Working closely with Many Council, Sharon has coordinated, promoted, and staged this annual event from the ground up. Her work and beneficial legacy have been greatly appreciated by Manly Council and the greater community at large.
Sharon is also a Lecturer on Exercise Physiology / Obesity Management, Exercise and Injury Prevention, and Marketing and Business Development. These lectures are conducted at Westmead and RPA Hospitals. The 12 lectures are part of a Weight Loss Practitioner Diploma course. Lectures are conducted by The Medical Register of Australia at the University of Sydney.
Sharon is available for corporate motivational speaking events, personal fitness coaching, weight loss consultancy, and exercise and injury prevention.
